Choice of devices

You can find our solutions running on a wide range of BlackBerry devices and standard phones. Our solutions work on most modern BlackBerry devices, Nokia, SonyEricsson and Samsung phones. Also on many HTC, Lg and other manufacturers. Since there are many devices out there we recommend you to use BlackBerry, which provide a better user experience, better device integration, and more features for business users. But please, contact us and we will give you advice on the best device for your business.

Full off-line database

BaseMovil database technology allows our applications to host a full-fledged database right in the device memory. This means that you always have all your data with you and you can search and manage the information at full speed, no matter if you have coverage, if the network is overloaded or if your server is down. You don't need to plug your device anywhere, data is sent to and from your device smartly using the available networks.

Bluetooth printing

Using Bluetooth you can print on almost any kind of printer, using the printer's built-in adapter or an external one. Specifically well suited for different solutions and supported by our applications are Able-Systems AP series, most Zebra printers, and Star based printers.

Bar code reading

Also using Bluetooth you can use a Microvision's Flic or Rov bar code scanner, or a Baracoda bar code scanner.

GPS, geotagging and other location based services

Using the device built-in GPS or an external Bluetooth GPS device you can track your people's work, since all information will be geotagged and positions will be tracked so you can afterwards analyze it. On selected countries you can also use location based services to provide on-demand or periodic information about your people location, using the carrier's services (at a cost).

Backend integration

Our solutions are integrated with many ERPs and other systems, and our service provides a flexible data interchange system so you can send and receive data to your BaseMovil-enabled mobile workers from any kind of backend system.

On-line on-demand management system

Featured solutions bmSales and bmVending provide you with a web enabled interface to your mobile workers, so if you don't have or need an ERP, or even if you just want a fast start with our system you can forget about backend integration and use our on-line service for a small monthly fee

Flexible, affordable, on-demand pricing

Although our middleware services can be hosted at your offices if you are a big corporation, for most companies our "Software as a Service" systems provides a hassle free, fast and affordable solution. You just pay a small monthly fee for each user and you can change the number of users as much as you want: we will just charge for the days each user has been enabled each month.
